Installing new theme

Hi… I am new here!

I have uploaded everything correctly to my FTP file manager and the themes are not showing up in my admin panel.

What step could I be missing? My DN servers are correct. I am using godaddy as my hosting site. I contacted godaddy and they say everything appears correct. I am beyond frustrated. I have tried uploading the zip file and unarchiving the file as well as downloading the main file with filezilla. Neither has worked.

Do I have to upgrade my account to custom design for this to work?

Big headache right now. I know this has to be a super simple fix.
