I bought a theme and i try to install it on my local host. It was not successfully install. The error is”The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”
Also the warning it gives is “Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with ww.wp.xz.cn or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to ww.wp.xz.cn. Please contact your server administrator.) in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\update.php on line 119”

You need to check if the theme is properly installed or if the demo you saw on your theme is an added features that needs additional charges
