Installing plugin upgrade to wp-content/plugins/ folder

    I am in a bit of a learning curve with plugins. I have just purchased my first upgrade for a plugin that I originally installed the Lite version.

    The installation notes show me to install the .zip file into the wp-content/plugins/ folder. Yet when I download the .zip file through the purchase site it goes to my hard drive’s download folder.

    How do I get it into the wp-content/plugins/ folder and when is that exactly.
