Installing Themes from ZIP

    I am unable to install ANY themes I have downloaded; I even increased my upload size, etc and I continue to receive a failed install, etc, etc; PLEASE HELP!

    Are you unzipping the ZIP files on your computer and uploading the files and folders using an FTP client? Does the file transfer itself work or is the transfer failing? Are you uploading to the /wp-content/themes/ folder?

    Are you uploading the correct folder? For example, when you unzip the file twentyfourteen.1.4.zip, it creates this folder structure:
    /twentyfourteen.1.4/twentyfourteen. You don’t want to upload the twentyfourteen.1.4 folder but the twentyfourteen folder that’s underneath it.
