HI TEHRE,

I am trying to install WPTouch to my blog but a box comes up asking for connection information …??? I am not sure what that is, also asks for my hostname, is that my website name? I am quite new at this, I hope somebody can help me. Thanks!

It’s asking for your FTP connection credentials. If you don’t know them, ask your hosting provider.

Thank you very much, we have had word press installed for us and the admin page is accessible at http://www.ourdomainname.co.uk/blog. Where obvioulsy our company nameis represented by domain name. Therefore would the FTP host details be http://FTP.ourdomainname.co.uk or http://FTP.ourdomainname.co.uk/blog??? Many Thanks!!

FTP login credentials vary depending on hosting provider. You’ll have to contact your hosting provider.
