I have the same problem with the install.php – it´s blank. I thik that all my settings are right and i also have a connetcion to my database.
I tried to install the versions 2.5.1 and 2.6 but both failed. My php version is 4.3.11. It would be very nice if someone could give me a hint.

I have the same problem with the install.php – it´s blank.
In the firefox, it’s just a blank.
but with the Safari,
some message showing up.
It says
“Safari can’t open the page “http://sheni.net/wp/wp-admin/install.php”. The error was: “Operation could not be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 302.)” (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork:302) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.”
Is there any solution?

Unfortunately, the solutions are not working for me.
I tried the blank case, re-upload and check files.
My only hope is remaining on
2. PHP has run out of some resource, typically RAM.
3. mod_security is set up brokenly.
I left my question to my web hosting company.
