Install/Upgrade Problem “Could Not Create Directory”

    Hello,

    When i try to upgrade a plugin i get this error:
    Downloading update from http://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/*.zip…

    Unpacking the update…

    Could not create directory. /home/*/public_html/wp-content/upgrade/*.tmp/*

    I tryed to delete and create again the /wp-content/upgrade directory and CHMOD it to 777 but not working!
    I delete the cache too but chanse! It not working!

    What can i do to fix this issue?

    Change the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.

    Dosn`t work! :/
    I changed the permissions on the wp-content directory to 777 but dosn`t work!
    Some problem!

    I make 777 permissions for wp-content and upgrade subdirectory and i make manualy *.tmp directory for the plugin but dosn`t work too. When i try to access the .tmp subdirectory i get an error like “Failed to retrieve directory listing”.

    Please someone help me to fix this issue!

    I can`t create subdirectory manualy too!

    And i don`t understanding why!
