Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
There’s no trick to using the Instant Indexing API as we can only submit the URLs to the API. After that, it’s all handled by Google and its algorithms.
We recommend following our guide here religiously to set up the API using Rank Math:https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/

Okay Sir; But what do I have available to send daily: 100 or 200?

By default, you’ll get 200 URLs to submit every day. That’s the daily quota Google has given for your website.
The 100 URLs are the maximum number of URLs you can submit in one go in our plugin.
