Hi, if a user has the Shop Manager and Tutor Instructor role, the Comments section disappears from the left WordPress dashboard (Comments settings are switch on in the user profile options)
I didn’t find any issue as you mentioned I have also tested in my site I can see the comment section please check there must be another issue on your site.
