Hi there @morenobijoux and thanks for getting in touch. This message is usually displayed when the admin logged in and viewing Site Kit does not have access to the connected Analytics property. Can I ask if it was you who set up Site Kit or would this have been a different administrator?
Can you also confirm that when going to the Analytics platform using the same Google account as you use for Site Kit, do you have access to the property that is connected in Site Kit? You can check this by going to Site Kit > Settings > Connected Services > Analytics.
If this was set up by a different admin and you don’t have the access then you will need to reach out to them and request access to the connected Analytics account/property for your Google account.
If you can no longer reach the admin who set this up then you can try performing a Site Kit reset. Please note however as stated in the guide that resetting Site Kit disconnects all users and removes all Site Kit settings, Dashboard Sharing settings and data within WordPress. After resetting, other administrators will need to go through the setup process again. Any users that have access to a view only dashboard will lose access to them.
You can also read up more on this in our guide here. If you are still having issues at this point then please could you share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. With this I can check your site setup further to see if I can spot anything that might cause this to happen. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
