I need insurance for a price different costs
example:
total cost 200 –> Insurance cost 5
total cost 300 –> Insurance cost 8
total cost 400 –> Insurance cost 12

With insurance cost you will need to add it into the shipping cost. There is no way to add insurance as an extra cost or option for a buyer to purchase.
