I am afraid the Hustle plugin doesn’t come with direct integration with the Campaigner.com
Based on the Campaigner.com documentation you can copy the HTML code and use it as a form. Feel free to place it into the opt-in Text editor. Please see this screenshot:

I’m afraid your suggestion did not work (assuming I understood it correctly).
Here’s the page where I inserted the link:

When I did so, the link still appears as a chain of code when in the Preview Mode.
Please help. How and where do I insert a link to my Campaigner sign-up form?
