Building a carousel version of the plugin (either vertical or horizontal) should take only a few hours if you know HTML/CSS and a bit of jQuery. Unfortunately, so far nobody has shared here a tutorial / how-to until now.
If coding isn’t among your set of skills -or if you don’t feel like coding it yourself- you should consider hiring a developer for the task (me, for example).

However, it’s not extending your code correctly.
Ah, you’re right! I forgot about it! Someone else told me about WP Posts Carousel not so long ago.
If the carousel isn’t working properly -I assume it’s a styling issue since you didn’t mention what the problem is- you should ask WPPC’s developer about it.

It’s the fact that it only is pulling all-time posts when it’s set to only 1 MONTH.
But thanks, I’ll have our developer take a stab at it.
