Hi just getting started with Awesome Support / Avada and having difficulty integrating the the plugin. I am guessing that we will need custom css, but don’t know really where to start. For example, the “My Tickets” page seems to lose most of it’s formatting. When adding a ticket, the product dropdown is mode than 100% wide. Any guidance appreciated.

    Hi:

If the ticket page is losing most of its formatting, chances are that its not set as the default ticket page in the TICKETS->SETTING->GENERAL tab. Scroll down to the PLUGIN PAGES section and make sure that that the TICKET SUBMISSION page and TICKETS LIST pages are set there.

Also, please be aware that there are conflicts between AVADA and AWESOME SUPPORT – please see this page: Known Plugin Incompatibilities

    I hope this helps!

Thank you for your guidance – Yes that really helps! – the only issue I have now is that I am not sure how the Edit Tickets form is displayed. I have added some margins at the top of the Ticket list form but they don’t seem to display on the Edit Ticket form?

    Hi:

I’m not sure what you mean by you added margins to the top of the edit tickets form. How did you add the “margins”?

    Thanks.

    apologies – trying again:
with the Avada theme we can add space around a section – we are doing this with a (Fusion) separator. It is set at around 20px. This pushes the ticket list down 20 px from the top of the section. It works well. However, if you click on a ticket (as a user) to edit / add comment, the margin (separator) is ignored.

    Hi:

Thanks for the explanation. It sounds like what you’re doing is highly specific to the Avada theme. I doubt that we’d be able to help you with that here – you might need to engage the services of a theme designer or developer to help figure out what Avada is doing to the page. We don’t really have any experience with Avada – we don’t even know what the term “fusion separator” means!

    Sorry about that.

PS: There are thousands of themes out there so its impossible for us to be able to support each and every one of them in detail in a free forum.
