Integrating with Javascript

Hello,
I run a large multisite installation, where across EVERY site in the network I want to use the same chat solution, managed from a central location.
In this case, I assume the “Javascript” integration method would work perfectly. Instead of installing the plugin I’d just include the Tidio Javascript in my theme.
I uninstalled the plugin and signed up for a Tidio account. Every time I hit “Integrate” link it ONLY gives me the WordPress option. It’s like it’s auto-detecting that the site is WP and forces me to use the plugin. I even found a page with a direct link to what I assumed was the Javascript snippet, and when I clicked it it still brought up the WordPress integration options only.
Could you please provide the JS integration snippet or further info about why it’s only giving me the WP option?
