integrating with theme

hi,

i’m having difficulty trying to integrate with a theme i am using – SALIENT from themeforest – and the full page takes over the whole screen which is what I want but ideally would like to keep things in place such as main nav and logos etc. and the full page parts are almost like a secondary navigation

i have followed the instructions on your page for including into the theme but can;t figure it out completely. do you have a step by step instruction on how to complete this?

apart from my being stupid this is a great plugin and works really well!
