Are there any plans to integrate an FAQ or Knowledge Base into the Support Ticket app? It would be nice to be able to turn questions from support tickets into an FAQ.

Hi there.

The Pro version of our plugin allows you to display a FAQ and Knowledge Base (http://solaplugins.com/plugins/sola-support-tickets-helpdesk-plugin/)

We will look into the ability to convert a ticket into a FAQ for a future release though 🙂
