both requests can be fulfilled with our add-ons, which will be soon available:

1. SmartCRM Advanced add-on:

– users import from other plugins (i.e. woocommerce)
– custom datasets (i.e. customers, suppliers, partners…)
– custom fields (text, select, radio button, checkbox, date)
– a more “user friendly” scheduler
– file upload for customers
– sending of emails to customers with documents attached (invoices and quotations)
– custom template for agents (optionable)

2. WOOCRM add-on

– customers added automatically into CRM after a purchase
– invoices created automatically after a purchase
– creation of invoice/quotation by getting directly woocommerce products
– orders grid with statistics

Both add-ons will be constantly updated with new functionalities.
