    Continually getting “◦ Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” ERROR – have enabled force https per many forum entries, double checked SSL with host, disabled, re-enabled, NOTHING is working. Any other trouble-shooting list?
