I just tested this integration with Gravity Forms and everything is working correctly at my side
Looks like your issue comes from a theme or plugin conflict, have you tried to perform a conflict test?

Thanks for getting back! I’ve gone through and tried debugging/diabling plugins and nothing has resolved the issue unfortunately. The gravity form is working correctly but seems that it is not logging points at all with gamipress as if the connection is broken. I have combed through everything within wordpress backend editor and cannot locate the problem. Everything is updated and at the most recent version and it says that noone has been able to log points since march 05.

I’m sorry but again I can confirm that the integration is working correctly so I need to confirm if you are setting up it correctly
The most important things you need to check:
You are setting up correctly your requirement:for example if you use the event “Submit a specific form field value”, meet that you have entered the correct field ID and the correct expected value
You are testing it while you are logged in with any account: Guest submissions will not work since there is no user to assign anything

Thanks for getting back. Am i able to share images here? I have set up correctly as per your instructions. It worked for several months no problem but has stopped working since march.
I have tested from several accounts including the super admins & subscribers/members and it is not logging for any user.
