Hi ,
I have installed Hustle and connected Sendinblue to collect e-mail adresses. The integration is active but the data are not sent to integration.
The error message is as follows:
Hustle_SendinBlue_Api::_request() Failed to add member – Failed to processing request : Invalid attribute name. Only alphanumeric, underscore and hyphen chars allowed, also it cannot start with a number or a special character.
How can I fix that ?

Hi @lmg99,

Sounds like the error might be specific to the popup settings you have configured. Could you please check the fields added in the popup and see if it has any invalid characters as mentioned in the error?

If it looks fine then possible to export the popup, so that we could have a better idea of what might be causing it?

You should find the option to export the popup by clicking the “Gear Icon” under Hustle > Popups as mentioned in the following doc:

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services in your next reply.

Extremely sorry for the delay regarding this. Seems like this ticket got slipped from the queue.

Could you please check whether changing the name “Prénom” to “name” resolves the issue?

Dear Nithin,
Thank you very much for your help. I changed “Prénom” to “Prenom” only in the field itself (and not in the title block) and it works 🙂
