Integration with Brevo

    Hi,
    I’m trying to integrate Brevo with Contact Form 7. The integration with Brevo’s API is active and working correctly: text fields like name and email are being transmitted without issues.

    However, I’m having trouble with Brevo attributes that are of the “multi-select” type. When using the official Brevo plugin, everything works fine, but when using CF7, these fields are not transmitted—they appear as if they were left empty, even though values were selected in the form.

    The fields are correctly configured in CF7. Here’s an example of the checkbox field I’m using:

    [checkbox* INTERESTS use_label_element class:interests "Travel tips" "Exclusive offers" "Stories"]

    It is located in the footer.

    The part that does not pass on Brevo is with ‘multiple choice’ attribute.
    On Brevo it is configured as INTERESSI and as a choice has been entered:
    "Consigli di viaggio" "Offerte esclusive" "Racconti"

    The field on CF7 has been configured as follows.

    [checkbox* INTERESSI use_label_element class:interessi "Consigli di viaggio" "Offerte esclusive" "Racconti"]

    Hi, as already said the integration itself works.

    I can pass attributes such as Name and Email to Brevo.

    The problem only occurs when I have to pass attributes that are set as “multiple choice” on Brevo. If I download the Brevo plugin everything works correctly and I can also pass these multiple fields. While on contact-form it doesn’t work.

    The problem is that I would like to insert the newsletter also inside a simple contact form, otherwise I would have used the Brevo plugin and that’s it. My attribute on Brevo is called INTERESTS.

    In Contact-form is:
    [checkbox* INTERESTS use_label_element class:interests "Travel tips" "Exclusive offers" "Stories"]

    Am I doing something wrong here on CF7?

    Yes, you don’t have the INTERESTS field in the form. Of course, it doesn’t work.

    As written above, the field is INTERESSI.

    I used the translator for this chat who translated the INTERESSI field for me with INTERESTS.

    My question is:
    do you have any problems with the management of multiple choice fields in Brevo?
    Am I doing something wrong?
