    can I integrate this plugin with Elegantthemes Divi contact form?
    Will appreciate if you’ll point me to a guide on how to do it

    How do I add it to several pages (each with a different slug)?
    can I use ‘my_custom_form1, my_custom_form2, my_custom_form3’ ?

    How do I add it to several pages (each with a different slug)?

    If you add your custom form to several pages via shortcode and added reCAPTCHA to your custom form as described in the instruction, reCAPTCHA will appear on each page.

    can I use ‘my_custom_form1, my_custom_form2, my_custom_form3’ ?

    If you will use several different custom forms you should add reCAPTCHA to each custom form.
