I have been using Pods for a custom data type for a while. I previously used it with Caldera Forms, which served as a front-end input to it. That worked fine.

Caldera Forms went EOL a while ago, so I have transitioned to Gravity Forms. I do have the Pods Gravity Forms plugin also installed, and have configured the connections between the form fields and pods fields correctly, I think.

I am not able to get this form to work with Pods. I get the result “There has been a critical error on this website.” when I attempt to load the page containing that form.

In fact, I cannot even edit the page containing the form, and if I try to create a new page containing the form, I get an error in the editor (something I’ve never seen).

Are you able to access the PHP error log at your hosting/server to get the exact error message? This would likely give the type of error and a possible source code line that threw the error.
