Integration with Marketo/Email user results

    Hi There,

    I’m having an issue with a couple of areas. Firstly, the quiz I’ve set up has 4 different possible “outcomes” depending on what the user answers. Each of those 4 outcomes redirect the user to a corresponding landing page. During my tests, when I get to the outcome landing page, I, as a user, do not get an email with my results. I’ve ticked the box which says to email the user their results. Additionally, I am not getting an admin email to be notified when someone has taken the quiz and their results. I’ve ticked the box that has the ‘send me an email’ option but nothing happens.

    Lastly, how can I integrate this quiz results to Marketo, so that the appropriate people are notified when a user submits a quiz and which personality bucket they fell in to? Our Business Development Reps do not have access to the backend of our WP site so checking within the plugin dashboard itself is not an option.

    Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    For email problems you’ll need to contact your hosting support. The plugin itself doesn’t handle emails, they are sent by your server. Alternatively, try installing an SMTP plugin and Chained quiz will automatically send through it.

    Integration to Marketo would require custom coding.
