    Is there a way of integrating other fields (other than Name and email) on the form into a Contact on WP-ERP?

    @robbernsteinzgmailcom,

    Actually no, right now only the first name, last name and email can be mapped with WP ERP. As these fields are required in WP ERP->CRM to create a contact.
