Intense Debate, Comment Thumbnails

I am trying to find what plugin allows users to tag images in their comments, that upon posting inserts a thumbail. The thumbnail then expands when hovered over.

I have seen this on a blog that uses the intense debate plugin.

This also seems to function in harmony with the image numbering they use.

Basically when you comment you just add the image number and it automatically formats your comment with the thumb.

Any ideas, Ive spent hours trying to figure this out.
