Interaction with Updraft Plus

Is it possible to exclude the Updraft Plus file manipulations from the monitoring? I’ve tried every path variation I can think up and nothing seems to work. I get a daily notification from Updraft Plus that the site is backed up, followed by a notification from Monitor Plus that files have been changed. I’d like to get only one notification per day…
