interactive flowchart as a widget or plugin

    Hello,

    I would like to create a interactive flowchart on my page.
    That means if the user see button one and has the option of Yes/No and after he clicks he will see the next step.

    Do we have a widget or plugin available in wordpress or do you know a tool where i can create something like that?

    I am not a programmer so I my need something simiple.
