Interactive map with highlighted areas

    I need to add an interactive picture to a website on WordPress – a map with zones being highlighted on hover. Its similar to what drawattention plugin (http://wpdrawattention.com/) can do but it doesn’t allow to use multiple colors. Does anyone have an idea how can I make it?

    I wonder maybe its possible to embed it into WordPress page and being responsive, having the coordinates of zones recalculated?
    Any ideas are welcomed.
