Interactive Maps

Hello Community,

I am trying to add simplemaps/interactive maps to my website. I have followed the plugin instructions (http://simplemaps.com/docs/wordpress-install#worldmap) exactly however putting in the [simplemap] or [simplemaps] shortcode in does not load the map. The page is just blank as seen here (http://www.tmbell.com/join-a-chapter/).

Help please!
