Hi
Are you logged into your site as a non-admin user? (e.g. subscriber, editor, etc.)
The Intercom widget does not to show to admins or to non-logged-in visitors.
If it still does not show, please make sure you don’t have any ad blockers or privacy extensions installed in your browser, as they can sometimes block Intercom.
Let me know how that goes, then if there is still a problem I can help you investigate further.
Cheers
Simon
Yes I have logged in as subscriber and i m not having any ad-blockers but still the issues is appearing
If you view the page source, is the Intercom script there down near the bottom? It starts with the following line:
<script id="IntercomSettingsScriptTag">
If not, please try disabling all other plugins and use the default theme (e.g. TwentyFifteen) and see if it then works. If not, then there is very likely a mistake in the App ID or secret key, or in your Intercom setup.
If it does now work, re-activate your plugins and theme one at a time to see if one of them is causing the problem.
Hi Simon,
Hope you are doing well
As per your instructions I switched my theme to twenty fifteen and deactivate all plugins but still the button is not appearing.
Any guess why this is happening
Thanks

Hi
I’m not really sure what else to suggest, I’ve not encountered this issue before and I can’t reproduce it.
If you want to send me your website details please send me a message via the contact form on my website https://lumpylemon.co.uk and I will see what I can do.
Thanks for all your help…The button generates this morning don’t know how but it makes me feel happy!!!
Just one more question, Can I change the button UI as per my theme
Thanks
Good news!
I’ve just logged in to your site and created a test user (simontest) and it’s working for me too.
(You can delete that user and change your admin password if you want now I’m done.)
You can use your own link for the button (see the FAQ) and the Intercom docs have a guide to customising the button appearance.
