Interesting menu layout

Hi all

I am quite new to wordpress, and am attempting to use it to layout out a design I have — http://drop.io/philmslayout1/asset/new-greay-png

The problem I have is the menu (top right)

I want to be able to make the text in yellow linkable, whilst the rest is just text. At the same time, however, I want to give the client the power to control it all. Is this possible? It is vitally important that the solution allows for the yellow text to be lined up in the style sheet
