Interface to WP Customer Area

Hello, great plugin!
I need to send custom content to the private area of each one of my customers in an automatic way.
I have an export file (txt) from administrative system and from that info I need to upload an invoice for each customer, so they can login and download it or print it.
Is there any interface to programmatically do this? and avoid the manual work.
