    Hello,

I’m asking for your help because I have a critical error on my website.
I installed the W3 Total Cache plugin this afternoon.
I followed the configuration help. And when I pressed ok to validate the caches.
The site went to error 500.
So I had no access to the site or to the wp admin interface.

So I went to Filezilla to delete the w3 Total cache plugin thinking that was the only problem.

Except that now I have access to my site, but I don’t have access to the admin interface at all.
When I want to access it an error message appears:
“There has been a critical error on this website.
    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

Can you please help me? How can I re-enable access to the interface?

    Thanks
    Have a nice day.

    Hello @sicanucleaire13

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    I’ve checked the login URL:
    https://www.sicanucleaire.fr/wp-login.php
Can you please confirm if the issue occurs once you enter your credentials?
Please remove the W3TC completely and re-install it.
    Delete wp-content files and folders
    – cache folder
    – w3tc-config folder
    – object-cache.php (if exists)
    – advanced-cache.php (if exists)
    – db.php (if exists)
    – upgrade folder
    – delete w3-total-cache folder in wp-content/plugins/ (if exists)
    Re-install W3 Total Cache
Before re-installing, check if you have any other caching solution or any custom rules in your .htaccess that may be causing the conflict.
Once re-installed, enable the settings one by one and make sure to save all settings and purge the cache.

    Thanks!
