Interference with SureForms plug-in

    Veterans-tv.org site was built using the SureForms plug-in. Subsequently, LeadConnector was installed, and as a result the “Phone No” entry on our SureForms no longer works. It gives an error. If I disable LeadConnector SureForms works as expected.

    Please advise.
