• Hi Guys.

    I just installed Support Plus now and i love it, just had an issue after activating it. It interfered with our main category page. None of the products was visible. Anybody with some suggestions? I had to deactivate the system until it is resolved

    It did not show any products in the sub pages

  • It may have to do with jQuery: activating WP Support means deactivate anything that has jQuery in your site.

    WP Support Plus had itself many Javascript based on jQuery but they got rid of any line containing it.

    I like how things are improving, but each update is really painful. I still wouldn’t recommend to update from last 8 version.

    Thanks for your reply. i already have the newest installed and i guess i cant go back. do you know of another tickt system to change to?
