Hi there,
Is there any way to integrate this with Aweber (like it is possible using API’s with Mailchimp).
This would be so great for me if that is possible!

It certainly would be possible. There is a MailChimp integration extension available as a premium add-on but nothing yet for Aweber.

There are filter and action hooks throughout the plugin that allow for integration.
