They aren’t comments, but Pingbacks. It’s a sort of old-school way for another site to “notify” you that they’ve added a link to that page. They also work from your own site as well.
If you don’t want them you can go into ‘Settings -> Discussion’ and un-check the box for “Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks) on new posts”.
