• Hi,

    We are intermittently getting a “This site can’t be reached” error page showing briefly before the search results are displayed. Started a few weeks ago but seems to be getting worse.

    Only on search results and only intermittently. Getting no crawl issues from Google at all.

    We are on 2.44 of AWS but only 5.9.0 of Woocommerce because of the query bugs in admin for 6.0 & 6.1

    Not sure how to start trouble shooting this so any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Andy

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that you faced with such an issue.

    First of all – please enable the debug mode by following this article.

    Then try to reproduce the error one more time and find and tell me about any error inside debug.log file.

    Regards

    Hi Illid,

    Reproduced the error screen a couple of times today no log in wp-content.

    Got these line in wp-config

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    What next?

    Cheers,

    Andy

    So please check for debug.log file inside your wp-content folder and tell me what error you see inside it.

    Hi Mihail,

    I see that the search results page is now working? Have you managed to solve the issue?

    Hi Mihail,

    As per previous messages:

    The fault is still intermittent.
    There is nothing reported in the error log.

    Cheers,
    Andy
