Intermittent Menu Issues

We have a site built using the Bricks Builder theme/editor and we’ve been having issues with the dropdown navigation menus intermittently not working. Clearing the cache fixes it temporarily, but later it will randomly come back. You hover over a nav menu, and the submenu just won’t load. We have CSS and JS minifying disabled already. Any idea what might be going on there? I submitted a report, the report number is GPYTZOYW.
