I haven’t tried it with WooCommerce personally. I can tell you that you cannot put shortcode in the buy field, but you should be able to link to any normal URL, so you could link to the script that initiates the ‘add to cart’ function. I am working on better shopping cart plugin integration for down the track. Its definitely something that needs improvement.
