What’s the internal error? The newest update didn’t change anything with the gateway, so it’s difficult to tell what could be causing errors without more info. Does it happen when the customer selects the BAC payment option or while processing their payment?
It’s actually Internal Server Error. Started for us today after clicking the Place Order button. Screen scrolls back up bring it down press the button again screen scrolls back up. Eventually gives up and there is a dialog box near the top of page with Internal Server Error in it. At this point the cart empties.
Also similar issue when going between the radio buttons screen jumps back up and button state doesn’t change. Not just BACS issue.
Today I updated with new Woocommerce and also updated the Theme to bring inline with Woocommerce. Also installed Yoast Premium but de-activating didn’t solve the issue.
Somehow get admin email for new order but no email for customer.

Sorry for the vague description it was late… the issue is exactly as lightdream says.. only gateway i have had the issie with is the BACS one personally. I will put the debug on later and report back unless somebody beats me to it.

Just to add a note, I have tested on a clean install with just the latest WooCommerce and Storefront theme and not getting any errors when checking out. The order received page also displays fine with the banking details. http://cld.wthms.co/XDUQD2
Just to clarify, the screen is jumping up whenever any button is clicked in the lower portion of the page from Shipping selection down to the Place Order button. Cursor appears to jump up to First name box.
I notice when the error occurs, if I click to the side of the form or on another tab, then try again, it’s back to normal.
Oh and this could be a clue. I notice it only happens if I’m logged in. Works fine if not logged in.
Debug – unfamiliar with it … maybe I can look at that in the morning.
