Internal Link Fix

Hi there,

I am moving my site to a new server – and came across something that caused the internal link fix to break. A few of my pages have links in all caps:
<A HREF=”…
vs. something like <a href=”…

Once I fixed the text to be lower case the internal link fix worked just fine. Maybe its something you could work into a future version?
