    Hi Team,

    When adding the internal links in the Gutenberg editor the Yoast SEO plugin causes issue that links does not have proper information that WordPress set. It does not include the attributes like data-type and data-id in the WordPress core blocks.

    I can regenerate this issue without any other plugins, I used the default WordPress theme.

    WordPress Version: 6.8.2

    Yoast SEO Version: 25.5 Theme Name and Version: Twenty Twenty-Five / v1.3

    • WordPress Version: 6.8.2

    I would like to know here that I updated the latest version 25.6 today still facing the same issue.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I’m sorry that our plugin caused a problem on your site with the missing link tag attributes “data-type” and “data-id”. A bug report has been created and is under review by our product team.

    Workaround
    At this time, there is no known workaround.
