I am not sure if you have implemented the right URL as your internal link because i can see problem in the URL, the extra signed when removed, which has been marked by the marker (shown in the image link here) then the URL is working fine and i see no problem with other internal link they are working fine
But i have not placed any sign in the url manually.
If you check in non-amp version, that internal link will open without any issue.
This url issue (as checked by you) is in amp version only.
So which setting do I need to change?

I did that.
Because some of the posts were not opening in amp version.
So plugin author asked me to do that.
It resolved that problem, but then i noticed this problem that internal links are not opening.
Extremely sorry for the delay in response. It might be occurring due to conflict with other plugins. Can you please check it once by disabling other plugins and check it once? and also can you please change the endpoint to /amp and check once?

In my last query, you asked me to change endpoint to ?amp. I did which resolved my that problem.
Now you are asking me to switch back to /amp. I am little confused here sir.

The issue might occur due to the conflict with the other plugins. Can you please check once by deactivating the plugins one by one on your site whether the issue is persistent? And Then let us know back.
