Internal notifications

I would like to receive notifications to my mail each time a user introduces data in a new form (I’m using Formidable Forms). I can’t see how to fix it. I want to avoid entering each day to WordPress to review if I have a new request or not. Any one may help me? Thank you so much in advance!!
