Sounds like a server issue. Have you spoken to your hosts about it?
Yes I have spoken to my host, They told us that its WP core issue. Homepage is loading perfectly, default permalink (post with ” /?p=123 ” loading fine, only if permalinks used as /%postname%/ then it throws such error.
Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?

I have changed the theme and make it default twenty thirteen theme with all the plugins disabled. But it seems internal post and archive pages still having same problem. But attachment is loading(i have tested some posts)
What permalink structure are you using? If it a custom one, try switching to the default structure.
default all working except post name permalinks. All others like Default, Day and name, Month and name & Numeric permalinks working ok. Only Post Name throwing the error.
Anything in .htaccess which is preventing ?
No – it will be the same rewrite rules for each of the settings. Is it possible that you inadvertently created Posts & Pages with the same titles which would result in a conflict?

Posts which you opened with error may not load but i have 3-4 other posts and those are loading ok. Anyway will check with some screenshot taking websites.

Its 5 year old domain name. So there has to be some domain records alternation at my host. I have checked with my domain registrar, its safe. Total mess one after another.
