I am migrating my site from Bluehost to Sitegound and I found this message on the admin panel of the Newsletter plugin: “The WordPress internal schedule is not triggered enough often. See this page for more information.” … I clicked on the page for more information and it suggested I check the wp-config file, which I did and there is no issue there. I never encountered this warning on my Bluehost account (I have been running Newsletter there for a couple years). I contacted Siteground and, after looking at your ‘information page’, they said their hosting services conform to your specifications.

I did run “Save and send to test users” … which seemed to work fine, but I should mention that I only have one test user, so it doesn’t really test the cron feature. Sure hope you guys can help.

    Thanks

  • I’ve had the same issue for two weeks, absolutely no response or help received yet. My web host is 1and1.com and sending out a Newsletter used to be routine, now I have to keep clicking the button: Trigger the delivery engine.

I am now getting the error, I am only new to all of this and am unsure how to even check if it is a problem.

got same error message today. whats the reason of it?

No reply from the plugin author, so good luck to all of you. For some odd reason after the 4th week of waiting my Newsletter started to send out OK again, so I’m unsure what fixed this bug.

I have the same trouble! I would like to use this plugin to change mailpoet, but I can’t send email, and Test too.
