Internal search broken or default behavior?

After installing Polylang, I noticed that the internal search doesn’t work like before. Back or frontend, when I search for something, the query is made only among posts that have a translation (my site is in Portuguese, with option in English). But the site has almost a thousand publications, and I can’t translate them all at once, nor keep the search so limited.

Is this standard behavior or how can I make the search go through all posts again? Thank you very much.
